The Safe Mode Windows 10 from Windows.

1. Log on to a computer running Windows 10 with an administrator account.

2. On the desktop, press the Windows + R on the keyboard simultaneously.

3. Open a command Run, type msconfig, and press Enter.

4. From the Configuration tab, navigate to the boot.

5. Select Boot option to choose the image.

 6. OK and reboot the machine.
